just noe one guy not long ago, like few months only. i was so happy when we 3 people going out tgt to eat, play and have so much fun with each other. but until today, i just realize that that they will tgt with each other. then i shall leave them far away as possible. i don wan be light bulb. :). but i wish i can go back to normal as we three always tgt, having fun, eat tgt, shopping tgt and etc. they like so close till i don wish to talk in group chat le. and going out with them too.

0n 17 july 09 Friday nite went to Jurong point de Kuishin-bo Crab buffet eat with relatives, abt $50+ per pax worrh, i dun rlly like this place la. I only like the crab n scallop, at this price, i rather go marina square de Paris International Buffet n thr got oyster sehh. Uhh, the oreo cheesecake here also not nice deeh! Sakura one nicer heehees but at least here got the chocolate fondue for marshmellow! The cheese baked lobster also not bad la.. Pics below!

On 28 Oct 08, I and my fren with teachers and coaches went to the East Coast Park. We meet each other at 0800 in school first...... Then we leave school at about 0835 and the bus was small and alot of pupil go. It is about 47 pupil in the bus. But the bus only can seat about 45 pupil. We all was a little bit hot in the bus. The bus have no seat for Mr Chia. I(2T1),Gina(2A2),Jeanny(1A1) and Jocelyn(1A2) ask him to sit on stairs at the bus but he don't want to sit. Mr Foo was driving his own car to the East Coast Park. By the way, we reach thr about 0900 and find a place to sit. All the Coaches were thr. When we sited on the floor, the coach was giving instruction and explain the rules of the games. They talk until about 0935. Then Mr Foo help us break into groups of 9 pupil. thr are about 5 groups on total. In each Group, thr are 1 coach followin. And Mr Foo had give a group a leader. And my group Leader is me and Gina. My Group onli hav 2 girls. Then we warm up...... The first thing we do is cycling to treasure hunt. It needed to answer the question that the coach give. Then the leader must follow the map to the place that the coach wanted. The leader must be infront of others including coach.....The treasure hunt is till 1215 and we went to eat lunch.... Around 1315 all hav finish the food . We had nth to do... until 1400... then the teacher ask we all wanted to do wat but alot of them said bike bicycle. Then the teachers let us cycle around . We cycle until around 1415. Then we return the bike. Then we take a break and we continue to play some games.We ply till half ,the rain cmes.and we go to the sheather and continue the games. When the rain stop, we still plying tat game. And a while more we ply frisbee and soccer.I think a coach ne that some of them don wan to ply the games then the teacher let them go build the sand caslte. And we all build up the calste...... and we went to wash the thing and wash our leg and hands. After that, we went to break and we eat . After eating, we went to bus and went back to school. On tat day, it was a fun day.I feel like staying thr . But can't It is my first time go to East Coast Park with fren and teachers and the coaches.....I wish tat next year still got this kind of event again.

haha y so boring during holidays.... btw 28 Oct 08 i go to east coast park with my fren and Mr Foo and tthe instructor Miss Prima...... i think that day is not a rainin day... and i think that day will be a good day and fun........ and my End Of Year Exam .... i fail 2 subject..... Science and CPA and for MT paper i fail Listening paper and overall for MT i pass ^^^ My Science fail by 12 marks....38/100. My CPA marks i frgtten le..... and Math paper 1 i get 40/50 and paper 2 38/50........ and My MT paper 1 i get 13 or 14/20 marks.... paper 3 i get 10.5/30 and i fail it by 4.5 marks.......... and i think i can go to sec 3 next yr........

Learning to live
Mr Tan Khay Teck
In november 2007, Mt tan khay teck, a dynamic and vibrant 71 year-old, was suddenly told that he had lung cancer and had only months to live.
His wife, Mrs Tan, said that he was absolutely fine until that point in time."All that changed in a heartbeat. i couldn't sleep from the shock of the news."
As the primary caregiver, Mrs Tan Struggled financially in thier small, rented room in a walk-up apartment. both had to stop working. She had to take care of him.
"He would wake up freqently to use the bathroom. Afiad that he might fall. I would wake up to help. I also hd to clean,cook and do everything. Everyday, every hour, i was exhausted," she recounted.
Then, Mr Tan's doctor referred him to Dover Park Hospice(DPH). Immediately, changes were apparent. Mrs Tan was less pressured and Mr Tan's emotional state improved.
"I really like being at the hospice. The nurses and doctors are excellent. And i am able to participate in different activities," said Mr Tan. In December 2007, he went on an outing to Orchard Road to enjoy the Christmas lights. It was one of those outings regularly organised by volunteers.
Mrs Tan said,"To us,what is important is his comfort and care. I dont want him to worry.I want him to enjoy each day. I could not have coped on my own at home. Having a facility like DPH has been our lifeline."
The health professional and volunteers at DPH give holistic care to the terminally-ill by providing medical, psychological and spiritual support. Services are also offered the patient's family.
Since 1995, DPH has cared For more than 6,000 patients. About 85% of them are heavily subsidised, and pay only nominal fees. Each year, DPH requires about $4 million to remain operational. The government funds about a third of this. The shortfall is met by fund-raising and public donations.
We would like to appeal to you to support this worthy cuase by donating to DOVER PARK HOSPICE.
